Stellar Corporation is an approved vendor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under ITS74 Technical Specialist – Software and Systems Development category, since 2005.
ITS74 certified vendors pass through stringent qualifications set for by the Massachusetts Operation Service Division and recognized as approved vendors for Commonwealth Contracting Departments to perform IT Services engagements.
